In the heart of the new TOD neighbourhood

Danaus is part of the new TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) in Candiac, an innovative urban design developed on a human scale and structured around the Candiac train station and the future central plaza. The development aims to promote an active and ecological lifestyle, and to facilitate intergenerational exchanges between residents.

Construction commenced in spring 2019, with projected investments exceeding one billion dollars, shaping a sustainable and diverse living space complemented by parks, pedestrian pathways, bike lanes, and an efficient transportation network.
